ckok Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and ckok ("ckok", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ckok platform, including all games, payment services, promotions, and any other features available at ckok.io.

By registering an account on ckok, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use ckok.

• One Account: Each person may hold only one ckok account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. ckok will verify your identity before processing withdrawals. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on ckok or any other gaming platform at the time of registration.

ckok reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a national ID, passport, or proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Responsibilities

Your ckok account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.

• Password Security: You must keep your ckok login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with anyone. ckok will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that someone has accessed your ckok account without your permission, you must notify ckok support immediately. ckok is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Account Accuracy: You are responsible for keeping your account details — including your mobile number and payment account — accurate and up to date. Outdated information may delay withdrawals.
• No Account Transfers: ckok accounts cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to another person. Any attempt to do so will result in both accounts being closed.

4 Deposits & Payments

ckok accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ckok does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit on ckok is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though ckok may apply limits at its discretion for security purposes.
• Processing Time: Deposits on ckok are credited to your account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact ckok support with your transaction reference number.
• Currency: All transactions on ckok are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ckok does not accept foreign currency deposits.
• Deposit Limits: Players can set voluntary deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Failed Deposits: If a deposit fails, the funds will be returned to your payment account within the timeframe set by your payment provider. ckok is not responsible for delays caused by bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

5 Withdrawals

ckok processes withdrawals to verified bKash, Nagad, and Rocket accounts. The withdrawal account must be registered in the same name as your ckok account. ckok does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount on ckok is ৳500.
• Processing Time: ckok aims to process all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 2 hours. ckok does not process withdrawals to unverified accounts.
• Verification Requirement: ckok may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a certain threshold. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all ckok players equally.
• Withdrawal Fees: ckok does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside ckok's control.
• Pending Bets: Withdrawals cannot be processed while you have active bets in progress. Your withdrawal request will be queued and processed once all active bets are settled.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. See Section 6 for full details on bonus terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ckok offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded by ckok are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered at least 20 times before they can be withdrawn as real money.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on ckok contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and certain other game types may contribute less. The specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: ckok players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• Abuse: ckok monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or any other behaviour designed to exploit ckok's promotions. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonuses voided and may be suspended.
• Modification: ckok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where possible, ckok will provide advance notice of any changes to ongoing promotions.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on ckok — including Fortune Gems, Super Keno, Circle, European Roulette Pro, Legend of Perseus, Badminton, and all other titles — operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG ensures that every game outcome is completely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including ckok itself.

Each game on ckok has its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. ckok is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• RTP: The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game information section. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term average return and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
• Malfunction: In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. ckok's decision on malfunction-related disputes is final.
• Disconnection: If you are disconnected during a game round, ckok's system will complete the round according to the game's rules. The result will be recorded and your account updated accordingly when you reconnect.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ckok. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Underage Play: Allowing or facilitating access to ckok by anyone under the age of 18.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

ckok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. The most common reasons for account action include breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, identity verification failure, or responsible gaming concerns.

• Temporary Suspension: ckok may temporarily suspend an account while an investigation is ongoing. During a suspension, the player cannot log in, deposit, or withdraw. ckok will notify the player of the suspension and the reason where it is safe to do so.
• Permanent Closure: Accounts found to have breached these Terms in a serious or repeated manner will be permanently closed. Funds held in a closed account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
• Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your ckok account at any time by contacting ckok support. Any real money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment account, provided all wagering requirements have been met.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. ckok may apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice. The fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.

10 Responsible Gaming
